In 2010 MSA Engineering Consultants purchased a Phoenix based M/P/E firm established in 1982, Sullivan Designs, Inc. and expanded the geographical region our offices serve.  Basic M/P/E services were enhanced to provide low voltage systems design, architectural lighting design, renewable energy, energy modeling and audit services.
